We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving it. Please note the following terms and conditions for returns:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • The item must be in new condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@mascardisplays.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Social Media inboxes are not monitored for return inquires
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

Return Shipping:

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund:

  • A refund will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Exclusions:

  • Items that show signs of use or damage may not be eligible for a refund.

No Restocking Fee:

  • We do not charge a restocking fee for returns.
