Mascar Ultima - Collector Edition (With Cover)

The best unit for displaying hot wheels on the market. I have purchased several and have not been disappointed with any of them.
Keep up the great work.

I received my order of 3x ultima displays (order #6544) with covers, with all 3 of the covers chipped or cracked on the corners. I sent a message through Shopify on June 12 to request replacement covers or a refund and have not heard back. Frustrating for such a highly reviewed product, to say the least. I would appreciate a response and solution to the damaged products I received.

I love the look of the display. My wife got it for me for Father’s Day. It mounted easy to the wall but unfortunately the cover corner was chipped when I unboxed it.

It is a nice looking display case .

I am writing to formally escalate a complaint regarding order #6326. The item arrived severely damaged.
I have reached out to your support team multiple times, but I have not received any positive response for a solution.
I already attached photos demonstrating the damage to the product!

Please issue a full refund or ship a replacement item as soon as possible. If I do not receive a response within 3 business days, unfortunately, I will contact my bank to initiate a chargeback for this transaction.
