Mascar Ultima

I will split this review in two starting with my thoughts on the product itself. Functionally the displays are easy to mount and look good when filled. The covers are a bit flimsy and prone to scratches but stay in place which was one of my concerns. The shell of the display is brittle but seems to hold up to the weight of cars when fully loaded. I think the product could easily be improved by being make slightly thicker or reinforced, especially around the mounting holes. What lets this product down is the poor customer service and the apparent complete lack of quality control. I purchased seven displays on Black Friday and two of them arrived with obvious defects out of the box noting the carton they were shipped in was not damaged at all in transit. One display was obviously cracked, and another had a corner snapped off. This should have been picked up during packing but I'm guessing it was ignored. I contacted Mascar to discuss having the damaged items replaced including detailed photos of the defects. They acknowledged my initial email outlining the problem and admitted their fault in missing the damage. Unfortunately, their subsequent email responses became increasingly sporadic as we negotiated the fix until they just stopped replying. Ghosted. All I had requested was for the damaged items to be replaced and included with my next order. Stupidly I did place a second order which included a separate email to Mascar giving them a heads up and the opportunity to include replacements. No response again.
Do yourself a favor and buy displays from someone who backs their product and cares about their customers. This is especially true if ordering from outside the US. If I didn't need to fill gaps in my wall display, I would not have bought from them a second time. Buy something else.

Very pricey, but a well thought out design, well made, and attractive. I own 4 of these displays and get nothing but compliments from people when they see them. I have referred others to this excellent product.

I was very impressed how it was look on my wall. It's was super easy to put it up. The product is high quality. Looking forward to buy more.

Love these displays because they have dust covers and are really nice looking on my wall.
